Pastors Héctor Otero and Dianette Bobonis Santiago
Pastors Héctor Otero and Dianette Bobonis Santiago, originally from Puerto Rico, joined our ministry in 2010 and have faithfully served ever since shepherding and growing UIPLC, a vibrant and relevant church equipped to serve the emerging generation. Having been in ministry for over 25 years, Pastor Héctor is a gifted preacher whose passionate sermons and compassionate spirit have deeply connected with our congregation and community. His dedication to social justice has also made a lasting impact beyond the church, with he and Dianette being involved in several different Christian initiatives that work on social, missionary, and community efforts in partnership with several organizations. Dianette enhances their ministry with her powerful singing and devotion to strengthening families, fostering unity and worship.
Pastors Hector and Dianette have three children, Cristian, Krissia, and Dianeliz, the latter already in the presence of the Lord. Together, they form an extraordinary team whose faith, service, and leadership continue to inspire and bless us all, alongside their family and team of dedicated and devoted men and women of God who serve.
Founded in 1987, One Church for the City continues to be a community stronghold and support for New Haven, the state of Connecticut, and beyond.

Los pastores Héctor Otero y Dianette Bobonis Santiago, originarios de Puerto Rico, se unieron a nuestro ministerio en 2010 y han servido fielmente desde entonces pastoreando y haciendo crecer a UIPLC, una iglesia vibrante y relevante equipada para servir a la generación emergente. Habiendo estado en el ministerio por más de 25 años, el pastor Héctor es un predicador talentoso cuyos sermones apasionados y espíritu compasivo se han conectado profundamente con nuestra congregación y comunidad. Su dedicación a la justicia social también ha tenido un impacto duradero más allá de la iglesia, ya que él y Dianette han participado en varias iniciativas cristianas diferentes que trabajan en esfuerzos sociales, misioneros y comunitarios en asociación con varias organizaciones. Dianette mejora su ministerio con su poderoso canto y devoción para fortalecer a las familias, fomentar la unidad y la adoración
Los pastores Héctor y Dianette tienen tres hijos, Cristian, Krissia y Dianeliz, esta última ya en la presencia del Señor. Juntos, forman un equipo extraordinario cuya fe, servicio y liderazgo continúan inspirándonos y bendiciéndonos a todos, junto con su familia y equipo de hombres y mujeres de Dios dedicados y devotos que sirven.
Fundada en 1987, One Church for the City sigue siendo un bastión de la comunidad y un apoyo para New Haven, el estado de Connecticut y más allá.
